The team at Shiners came to fix some various things in my flat just after I moved in - damp wall, grouting the bathrooms., ant nest, door handles, TV brackets, light fittings, putting up pictures… even putting together some garden furniture I bought on Amazon at a moments notice, in time for a hot summer weekend in London! "I found a small infestation of bedbugs in my house and was absolutely traumatised by it. I messaged and spoke to a lovely man called Dave who answered all my questions and really helped me understand my situation. He then came over the following day to exterminate my bug invaders, and it is safe to say I am sleeping in my own bed again and not in the bath tub. He carried out a professional service and was very polite. It has only been a few days but I haven’t seen any bugs since, will update this review in a few weeks.
